James Jitsumi Toma, 83, of Mountain View, Hawaii, a Consolidated Rail Corp. retiree and Army Signal Corps veteran who served in World War II and the Korean War, died in Hilo. He was born in Pahoa, Hawaii. He is survived by brothers Shizuo, Katsumi and Goro. Private services. No monetary offerings. No flowers.
