Retired rigger from Hawaii Stevedores, Veteran of both the U.S. Army and the Hawaii Army National Guard. Survived by wife, Yvonne Galdeira Camara; sons, Leon "Buddy" (Donna) Jr., Lyndon "Smitty" (Sherilynn); grandchildren, Buddy Boy, Kalani (Dawn), Leeya, Tiare (Laramie); great-grandchildren, Tialar-John, Kyla-Marie, Jaycee-Ann, Dodge, Jazmin, Tristan-Jade, Kenlyn-Claire; hanai grandchildren, Nicole, Nikita, Nadia, Tony, Nathan Boy, Roxy Girl; brother, Hana; sister-in-law, Momi and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday (Oct. 7) at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary, service 7 p.m. Visitation again at the mortuary on Friday (Oct. 8) from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., service 11 a.m., committal service 2 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery. Casual attire.
