John B. "Skip" Stall, 86, of Honolulu, a retired Illinois Water Survey civil engineer and Navy veteran who served in World War II, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Lebanon, Ind. He is survived by wife Kumiko, daughter Ruthie Graen, stepsons Richard Denhart and Bruce Nakai, stepdaughter Beth Waller and five grandchildren. Private services.
