Age 51, of Waipahu, Hawaii, passed away September 11, 2010 in Waipahu. Born April 26, 1959 in Honolulu, Hawaii. He retired as a Sergeant First Class for the U.S. Army, also raised in Hilo, graduated from Pahoa High School.
He is survived by daughter, Kayla L. Liwai; sons, Joelin D. Liwai, Jacob M. Liwai, Joshua K. Liwai; step-son, Mack-Neil Ramos of TX; mother, Dolores M. Liwai of Hilo; former wife, Jenny Ramos-Liwai; sisters, Melissa (George "Keoki") Liwai-Halas, Lori (Darin) Kong of Hilo; brothers, Randy (Sharon) Liwai of Hilo, Dwayne Liwai of Hilo; numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, & cousins.
Visitation 5:30 - 9:00 p.m. Friday (October 8) at Mililani Downtown Mortuary; Wake Service 7:00 p.m. Flowers Welcome.
