Thelma Aquino "Mama T" Kaya, 57, of Ewa Beach died in Ewa Beach. She was born in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, Philippines. She is survived by husband Edmund I.; sons Doug, David and John; mother Felicidad Lia; sisters Janet Gonzales, Jerilyn Aquino, Yvonne La Fuente and Fely Baldonado; and five grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Friday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Inurnment: 10:30 a.m. next Tuesday at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
