77Yoshio Higashihara, 95, of Honolulu, a retired E.E. Black construction superintendent, died. He was born in Hawi, Hawaii. He is survived by sons Yates K. and Rudy R., five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Private services. No monetary offerings.
