73Cecil E. Sylva, 87, of Pukalani, Maui, a lumber deliverer, died at home. He was born in Paia, Maui. He is survived by wife Gisela, son Steven, daughter Crystal Koki, brother Buster, sister Vera and three grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Monday at Ballard Family Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 1:30 p.m. at Maui Veterans Cemetery.
