Bernard Moniz, 59, of Aiea, a machinist and a National Guard veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Waimea, Kauai. He is survived by wife Juliana, daughters Mallia Macquiston and Carrie Moniz, and brothers Manuel Jr., Ernest R. and Raymond. Private services.
