78Mitsuko Inouye, 96, of Honolulu died in Hospice Kailua Home. She was born in Waimea, Kauai. She is survived by sons Lesley and Dallas, daughters Mitzi Koyanagi and Shirley Nyuha, eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Private services. No monetary offerings.
