Roy Hihumi Ogasawara, 96, of Honolulu, a retired carpenter foreman and mason, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Waikapu, Maui. He is survived by son Ralph; daughters Gale Fontenelle, Hazel Yoichisako and Cheryl Ogasawara; sister Fujie Ogata; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a great-great grandchild; and caregivers Emma Arelliano, Ana Sevelo and Finao Kakau. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Japanese Seventh-day Adventist Church, 2655 Manoa Road. Services: 6 p.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
