Joseph J. Wuscher, 80, of Kaneohe, a retired federal communications engineer and an Army veteran, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Allentown, Pa. He is survived by wife Mary; sons Kevin, John and Thomas; daughter Mary Jo Kapahu; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Ann's Catholic Church. Mass: 2 p.m. Burial: 1 p.m. Monday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
