John Behasa "JB" Gallarde, 81, of Waipahu, a U.S. Department of Agriculture employee and a retired Army sergeant first class, died in Aiea. He was born in Waipahu. He is survived by daughters Jo Ann Nagatori and Joyce Amplayo; hanai sons Jeff Reigle and Jim Harai, companion Isabela Lambayan; brothers Richard and Paul; sister Helen Estrella; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. tomorrow at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Program: 11 a.m. Services: 11:30 a.m. Committal services: 2 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire.
