Sam Kwok Tai Mak, 67, of Honolulu, a retiree, died in San Francisco. He was born in Hong Kong. He is survived by wife Kam Hang, son Jason, daughters Carrie Mak-Chang and Karen Wu, brother Kam Cheun, sister Sui Mui and four grandchildren. Taoist services: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Borthwick Mortuary. Burial: 1 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park.
