74Evelyn Eunice Hoopai, 84, of Hilo, a retired Hilo Hawaiian Hotel housekeeper, died at home. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by sons Earl Kanae and Sonny Jr., David and Samuel Hoopai; daughters Eunice Perreira, Darlene Cabagbag and Evelyn "Ui" Victorino; hanai son Sonny Apolo; brothers Samson and Benny Kamekona, sister Cecilia Lee; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Monday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire.
