FRANCIS ANDREW "SHORTY" LOGSDON
It's been nearly a year and we are bringing his ashes home to the north shore. Shorty Logsdon, 87, passed away in Hilo November 14, 2009. A long time resident of Haleiwa, he was a former member of the Outrigger Canoe Club and an Army Veteran of World War II. A Celebration of his Life will be held at 4:30 pm, Sunday October 24 at Marconi Road in Kahuku (gate closes at 5:00). Meal followed by the scattering of his ashes as talked about by Shorty for years.
