72Joe Allen Tully, 64, of Kailua-Kona, a minister at Holy Spirit Association for the Unification of World Christianity, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Houston. He is survived by son David; daughters Bumi, Mihwa, Jamie and Hyoja; mother Althea; and brother Robert. Visitation: 9 a.m. tomorrow at Moanalua Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m.
