Dr. Roy E. Hubbard, 78, of Mililani, a retired veterinarian and Navy and Marine veteran, died at home. He was born in San Fernando, Calif. He is survived by wife Patsy; sons Michael D. and Mark K.; daughters Camille H. Spaulding, Susan C. Taylor and Kelly M. Matson; sister Elcia Thompson; and eight grandchildren. Committal services: 2 p.m. Tuesday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. No monetary offerings.
