He is survived by son Vance K., parents Stanley and Jacqueline, sisters Tammie Calma and Jo-Ann Niemczyk and grandmother Bertha Lee. Visitation: 9 a.m. Wednesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 11:30 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
