Norman K.F. Mau, 72, of Kailua, Hawaii, founder of Second Opinion Hawaii Inc., died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Carolyn J.W., son Michael T., daughters Mary E. and Julie C., brother Robert, sisters Shirley Lee and Sharon Kimoto, and two grandchildren. Visitation: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Diamond Head Mortuary Chapel. Prayer services: 11:45 a.m. Inurnment: 12:45 p.m. at Diamond Head Memorial Park. No flowers.
