He is survived by wife Jane, son Terry, daughters Valerie Kardash and Alison Takanishi, brother Raymond, sister Maria Lin and six grandchildren. Visitation: 3 p.m. Saturday at Calvary By The Sea Church. Services: 4 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
