Oct. 9, 2010Chieko Miyaoka Inter, 91, of Honolulu, a University of Hawaii retiree, died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Waipahu. She is survived by sons Ted A. and Ron C., brother Kenneth Miyaoka, sisters Leattrice Miyaoka and Jane Takara, six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Visitation: 3 p.m. Sunday at Wesley United Methodist Church, 1350 Hunakai St., Honolulu. Services: 4 p.m. Committal services: 8:30 a.m. Monday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
