Masaji "Masa" Nakagawa, 79, of Honolulu, a retired federal government medical technologist and Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Waimea, Kauai. He is survived by wife Nancy, son Kevin, sister Matsuyo Ogata and three grandchildren. Private services.
