80Charlotte McCandless Gandall, 99, of Honolulu, a retired federal government employee of Barbers Point Naval Base Hawaii and Moffett Field Base, Calif., died in California. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Albert K.; daughters Charlotte A. Posten, Joan K. Schmidt and Thelma M. Han; 12 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. Private services.
