Ruperto Dumlao Bumanglag, 87, of Waipahu, a retired farmer, died in Honolulu. He was born in Bangui, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Florentina, sons Pompeyo and Romulo, daughters Rosana Dumlao and Toni Delos Santos, sisters Eulogia Agonoy and Eugenia Sahagun, 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park chapel. Services: 10 a.m. Burial: 11:30 a.m. at the cemetery.
