He is survived by mother Roberta; stepfather Jason Cuba; father Vernon Costa; hanai parents Earl Lewis and J. Keolalani Hanoa; brother Kendall Cuba; sisters Sasha and Cassie Cuba; half brothers Kyle Costa and Brandon Phillips; half-sisters Shiana and Kayla Costa; grandparents Robert and Doreen Souza, and Lawrence and Martha Costa Sr.; stepgrandparent Andera Cuba; stepgreat-grandparent Florentina Aninion; and hanai grandparents James and Pele Hanoa.
