74Salvacion M. Basilio, 70, of Kalaheo, Kauai, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. She was born in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by husband Teofilo; son Rex; daughters Josie Acoba, Editha Rodriguez, and Melba and Elsie Basilio; and 10 grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Saturday at Garden Island Mortuary chapel.
