71Vivian Kiyoko Moriki, 79, of Honolulu, a retired federal government secretary, died in Honolulu. She was born in Kilauea, Kauai. She is survived by daughters Sandra Moriki-Shiu and Jean Moriki, brother Lawrence T. Fukumoto and two grandchildren. Private services.
