Stanley Hisao Higa, 74, of Honolulu, a Hawaiian Telephone Co. and Aloha Airlines retiree and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Waianae. He is survived by brothers Tokuyei, Tamotsu and Shigeru; and sisters Helen Kakazu and Hester Higa. Visitation: 9 a.m. Wednesday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Graveside inurnment services to follow at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire.
