Eunice Kim You Delp, 86, of Waianae, a retired supervisory clerk for the federal government, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. She was born in Waipahu. She is survived by daughters Phyllis Aipoalani and Marjorie Higgins, brothers Norman and Wilfred Kam, sisters Genevieve Dela Cruz and Shirley Kam, 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Friday at Borthwick Mortuary. Services: 10:30 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
