Age 83, of Lahaina, Maui, passed away November 19, 2010 at Maui Memorial Hospital. Born April 14, 1927 in Honokohau, Maui. Charles was a retired bus driver and a musician.
He is survived by son, Charles Wahinehookae, Jr.; daughters, Anna Wahinehookae of California, Nancy Wahinehookae of Nevada, Joann (Harry) Isaacs; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation 6 to 9 p.m. Friday (Dec. 10) at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Kalihi Ward, 1723 Beckley St., Service 8 p.m. Visitation also 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday (Dec. 11) at the Church, Service 11 a.m. Committal service 10:00 a.m. Tuesday (Dec. 14) at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery.
