Passed away November 21, 2010, at Pali Momi Hospital. He is survived by Carmen, Sam, Lisa, Butch, Michael, Colleen, Mark, Venice, Ian, Gavin, Alexis, Emma, Maile, Jasmine, Jennifer, Justin, Drew and Courtney.
