81Frances Marion Titcomb, 86, of Waipahu, a nursing recertification official with the American Red Cross, died in Waipahu. She was born in Illinois. She is survived by sons Gary and Michael; daughters Carol Loftus, Pamela Roether, Deborah Crabtree and Monica Smith; brother David Frederick; sisters Elizabeth Reagan and Audrey Corkey; 15 grandchildren; and 28 great-grand- children.
