80Kenneth Norman MacFarlane, 72, of Waipahu, an air traffic controller, died in Waipahu. He was born in Olympia, Wash. He is survived by hanai brother Larry Yoshinaga. Committal services: 1 p.m. Monday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
