She is survived by husband Anthony, son Anthony L. "Tony," daughter Mary, brother Thomas Phipps, sister Marianne Phipps and a grandchild. Visitation: 8 a.m. Monday at Immaculate Conception Church. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
