82Yuk Ying Young, 87, of Honolulu, a retired owner of the former Young's Chop Suey, died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughter Caroline, sister Phyllis Valentine, stepbrothers Kwock Gong Kam and Johnson Kam and stepsister Kam Fong Lung. Visitation: 9 a.m. Wednesday at Borthwick Mortuary, mauka chapel. Services: 10 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park. Casual attire.
