Annette M. Lamm, also known as "Beatle" and "Bea," 48, of Mililani, a retired state Department of Health and Human Services caseworker, died at home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Edward; sisters Kehau Lua, Kanoe Makaena, Marian Kapanui and Zamorah Zamora; and hanai brother Keola Enaena. Visitation: 5 p.m. Tuesday at Borthwick Mortuary, makai chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Scattering of ashes at a later date. Aloha attire. No flowers.
