72Clara Shigeko Hayashi, 95, of Kailua-Kona, a retired schoolteacher, died at home. She was born in Waimea, Kauai. She is survived by daughter Claire Palmer, two grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Services: 10 a.m. Thursday at Mokuaikaua Congregational Church, Kailua-Kona. Casual attire.
