Tomio “Tom” Nariyoshi, 87, of Kurtistown, Hawaii, a retired power plant operator for the Pan Am World Institute on Kwajalein island and a mechanic for the former Von Hamm Young Co., died at home. He was born in Kurtistown and was an Army veteran who served in World War II. He is survived by wife Chiyoko, sons Rowland A. and Dave T., daughters Joyce T. Hamaguchi and Lillian K. Nariyoshi, sister Jane Y. Fujimoto, seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Private services. No monetary offerings.
