Kazuto Yamada, 88, of Honokaa, Hawaii, a former owner of Coastline 76 Service & Coastline Express, distributor for Union Oil Co. and an Army veteran, died in Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. He was born in Ookala, Hawaii. He is survived by sons Duane and Cary, daughter Lena Hashimoto, brother Shiro, sisters Misae Miyasaki and Michie Kanehiro, seven grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 10 a.m. Thursday at Dodo Mortuary Chapel, Hilo. Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
