74Barbara J. Velasco, 77, of Aiea, a Radford High School student activities director, donor liaison at the LDS Foundation and BYU-Hawaii, and an organizer of the first Aloha State Games, died in Kaneohe. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Kevin and Ron, daughter Kanani V. Aloisio, brother Clayton Chun, sisters Donna Mae Chun and Karen Cabana, 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Wednesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: noon. Burial: 1:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Aloha attire. Flowers welcome.
