69Ethel Itsue Saito, 91, of Honolulu, retired owner of Saito Saimin and of Sushi Center, died. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Chester I. and Theodore S., daughter Beverly Y. Robinson, brothers Jerry and James Matsumura, sister Grace Morishige, three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Private services.
