Richard Hiroto Kagimoto, 87, of Honolulu, a retired U.S. Army Corps of Engineers civil engineer and Army veteran, died. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by sons Ian and Grant, daughter Kathleen Ann Stevens, brother Henry, sister Eiko Sugimoto, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Private services.
