84Mervin K. Kamalu, 49, of Kapolei, an operating engineer, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Bryson Ramos; daughter Bricy Ramos; mother Marian Iona; brothers Albert, Alexander and Calvin Kamalu, and Rudy Iona; and sisters Sammi Mawae and Honey Girl and Christina Kamalu. Services: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Point Panic. Casual attire.
