72Dr. Jose Ong Chua-Chiaco, 83, of Honolulu, formerly of Waikapu, Maui, a retired surgeon and family-practice physician, died. He was born in Manila. He is survived by wife Pat, sons Michael and Barrie, daughter Paulette Kundis and eight grandchildren. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Kahului Church of the Nazarene. Services: 11 a.m.
