77Malia Maluhia Kuuipo "Mia" Vea, 16, of Kailua-Kona, a Kealakehe High School student, died in Kohala Hospital. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by parents Ika Jr. and Linda; sisters Kanani and Kalehua; grandparents Ika Sr. and Puanani Vea, Randall and Florine Elarco, and Phyllis Elarco; and great-grandparents Miriam Elarco and Dora Regidor. Visitation: 8 a.m. Saturday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Kailua-Kona. Services: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Hawi Community Cemetery. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
