Thelma Tomoko Nitta Tokairin, 80, of Honolulu, a retired state and city real property section supervisor for the Honolulu tax offices, died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in Waipahu. She is survived by husband Bert S., son Dr. Donn S., brother Masaharu Nitta, sister Bertha Tahira and two grandchildren. Visitation: 12:30 p.m. Sunday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 1:30 p.m. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
