Walter Chee Kwon Chun, 99, of Honolulu, a retired banker and China business consultant, died. He was born in Kailua. He is survived by wife Sau Chun W., daughter Yen and two grandchildren. Private services. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to University of Hawaii Foundation for Center of Chinese Studies.
