Isabel "Bella" Navarez, 79, of Waipahu, a retired Ewa District Court clerk, died in Waipahu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughter Elizabeth Devela, brother Alejandro, sister Lucia Sandobal, four grandchildren and six great-grand- children. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 10:15 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
