Francis Andrew Imaikalani "Miki" Bowers Jr., 83, of Honolulu, a retired Punahou School mathematics teacher, retired Army colonel and retired Hawaii Army National Guard officer, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Mary "Mandy"; sons Andy, John, Jib and Doug; daughter Laurel Husain; brother Vernon Knight; sister Betty Evensen; and four grandchildren. Military inurnment services: 8:30 a.m. Friday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Visitation: 1 p.m. Saturday at Punahou Chapel. Services: 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to Miki Bowers Scholarship Fund at Punahou School or a charity of your choice.
