Age 78, of Waianae, Hawaii, passed away December 28, 2010 in Ewa Beach. Born February 5 1932, in Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii. Herbert was a member of the Ewa Beach Golf Club and Fil-American Golf Club. Also, a member of the Kahuku Drag Strip Racers and past President of the Waianae Jaycees.
He is survived by wife, Dorothy Aquino Tongpalan; daughters, Doreen T. (Bradley Oswald) Koruan, Bernadette N. Baggerly of CA, Stephanie T. (Adam) Arruda of SC; brother, Thomas (Sharron) Tongpalan of CA; sister, Josephine (Richard) Leong of CA; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation 5:30 p.m. Friday (January 14) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; Funeral Service 7:00 p.m. Casual Attire. No flowers, please.
